You don't need to drop anything off. We collect all equipment from your accommodation on the evening of your last skiing day. If you're leaving during the day, just leave the gear at your lodge reception and we'll pick it up.
We refund any hire that hasn't been used. If someone in your group can't ski due to injury or illness, contact us and we'll refund the unused days. Day-of cancellations are handled case by case — we're reasonable and always try to help.
