We generally deliver until 11pm or later. If you're arriving very late, we can also deliver early the next morning around 7:30am so you're ready for the first lift. Just let us know your plans and we'll work around your schedule.

No problem. Our technicians always carry spare equipment to handle size changes on the spot. If something doesn't fit perfectly during the fitting, we swap it right there and then at no extra charge.
Yes. You can swap between skis and snowboard free of charge at any time — no questions asked. For other equipment changes, text us and we'll arrange a swap at your Thredbo accommodation, usually within a few hours.
You don't need to drop anything off. We collect all equipment from your accommodation on the evening of your last skiing day. If you're leaving during the day, just leave the gear at your lodge reception and we'll pick it up.
We refund any hire that hasn't been used. If someone in your group can't ski due to injury or illness, contact us and we'll refund the unused days. Day-of cancellations are handled case by case — we're reasonable and always try to help.
